The Journey
52-Week Formation Model
A structured, one-year journey from enrollment to recommendation — designed to form the whole leader. All courses advance to doctoral level within a single year.
Foundation
Core theological foundations, biblical literacy, and spiritual disciplines. Students build the doctrinal framework for all future study. Completion earns a Certificate of Completion.
Development
Deep dive into your chosen school of study. Intensive coursework, mentorship, and practical application of specialized knowledge. Completion earns a Diploma.
Application & Governance
Hands-on ministry experience under supervision. Students apply their training in real-world ministry contexts and leadership roles. Associate (30 weeks) and Bachelor (40 weeks) milestones.
Mastery & Commissioning
Final assessments, capstone projects, and recommendation to UFIC for recognition. Master (45 weeks) and Doctoral (52 weeks) completion — the culmination of your formation journey.

UFGTI is non-governing and educational. UFIC is the governing ecclesiastical authority.
The United Fellowship International Council (UFIC) serves as the governing ecclesiastical body. UFGTI trains, forms, examines, certifies completion, and issues recommendations.
UFIC governs, recognizes, ordains, and consecrates. This dual structure ensures accountability, doctrinal integrity, and proper ecclesiastical authority in every credential issued.
